How to Quit Smoking?

 

Hi friends, today I am going to tell you a very important secret about quitting smoking. I am sure that if you read this article you will easily understand how to quit smoking.

So friends if you are smoking for a long time and perhaps you are thinking that you can’t quit smoking because your body need sufficient amount of nicotine, which can’t be fulfill by any other thing.

For this there are two things which I am going to discuss here with you…

1.       What happens to your body when you quit smoking?

2.       How can be deal with the deficiency of nicotine when quit smoking?

First of all, you will see that when you smoke a cigarette, after 30 minutes, what changes takes place in your body. Actually, when you smoke a cigarette, body temperature rises, blood pressure fluctuates and heart beat goes high. In response heart have to work faster than normal which is actually the problem that smokers’ hearts go weak and chances of heart attack goes high.

Your body takes around 30 minutes to restore its natural state after your last cigarette. Blood pressure comes to the normal stage. And soon after 12 hours level of nicotine and Carbon Monoxide remain half in your body. (Here I also want to tell you that Carbon Monoxide is a gas which form in body due to smoking, which disturb the flow of blood in your body). When this gas reduce in your body flow of blood in your body comes to normal state. 

Dear friend you will be surprise to know that after 24 hours your hearts thanks to you because its start to use less energy to supply blood and oxygen to your body, this also reduces the risks of heart attack.

After 3 days of quitting cigarette you will feel the taste and smell of all things. Now lungs are cleared from nicotine and starts working normally. In response you will feel headache, anxiety and tiredness etc. But this is the time when you have to be strong to not to smoke again. Because your body need nicotine. So, to fulfil the level of nicotine in your body, you can discuss the matter with your doctor who can advise the proper medicine to fill the space of nicotine. You can use it for some time, and soon the time come when you left the medicine and you will be free of smoking….
